Women’s empowerment

We are committed to gender equality and the right of women to have access to the same employment opportunities as men. In particular, we support an innovative project that train women to drive three-wheeled cabs (auto rickshaw). This training enables them to carry out a previously exclusively male activity and to acquire financial independence.

We also support a continuing education center that provides pre-training in sewing for better professional integration.
